NOTICE OF THE 2026 McCRAE YACHT CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place at 16:00 hours (4pm) on Saturday 20th June 2026 at the Club (690 Pt Nepean Rd, McCrae).
Notices of motion are invited from members. The Secretary must receive notices of motion in writing by Thursday 21st May 2026 by lodging with the Secretary by email to admin@mccraeyc.com.au
This notice invites Club members to nominate for election to the General Committee, Training Committee or to the Sailing Committee using the form below. Forms may also be obtained from the club office.
Members unable to attend the meeting may nominate a proxy to vote on their behalf using the form below. Proxies must be received by the Secretary by Saturday 13th June and lodged at the Club office or emailed to admin@mccraeyc.com.au
Drinks and nibbles will be available after the AGM.
