This is a "FUN" award and is to be presented to a skipper or crew for a dramatic capsize, crash or other non-fatal disaster. Club members should be encouraged to submit written nominations.

The award is to be made annually by the Commodore in consultation with the Club Captain. The award comprises a large wooden paddle and a pseudo legal deed containing the circumstances of the incident (which may be light- hearted and exaggerated).
